Noting that the Site currently states ”101‑night sleep trial Coming Soon.”, we do not yet provide the 101‑night trial service.
If a Product is defective (i.e., not due to your misuse or improper handling), we will comply with applicable laws (including the Australian Consumer Law) and provide repair, replacement or refund.
We do not accept returns or exchanges simply due to change of mind (for example, you decide you don’t like the feel, size or material).
Please inspect your Product upon delivery and notify us within 7 days if you discover obvious damage or defects.
We reserve the right to amend our Returns & Exchanges conditions (including whether to collect items, who covers shipping costs, whether re‑sale or donation of returned items is permitted) and will notify you via the Site or order confirmation email when we do so.
These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
